Hydrangeas for Mother’s Day

Off

Looking for a gift for Mother’s Day? Why not a beautiful hydrangea? A new shipment of Endless Summer roses have arrived. These hydrangeas were bred to bloom all season long, regardless of when you’ve pruned them.

Prices range from $31.99 to $47.99. We have the  following varieties –

The Original – Growing up to 5′ high and wide, this is the first hydrangea that was introduced in the series. The large robust blooms are generally blue but can be pink if your soil is more alkaline. Give it a spot with some afternoon shade for best results. (Photo courtesy Endless Summer)

Bloomstruck – red-purple stems, dark green leaves with red petioles and red veins give this hydrangea a distinctive appearance. Color will be affected by your soil pH. 4′ x 5′, morning sun with afternoon shade. (Photo courtesy Endless Summer)

Summer Crush – A compact variety that doesn’t get as large as most hydrangeas. Flowers are raspberry red or neon-purple depending on your soil. 2-3′ feet, full sun to partial shade. (Photo courtesy Endless Summer)

Twist-n-Shout – A lacecap variety with deep pink or periwinkle blue hydrangea flowers depending on soil pH. Grows about 4-5′ high and wide. Best with morning sun and afternoon shade. (Photo by Phillip Oliver)
